Celebrities Who Use Light Therapy
- Anagen Phase (Growth Phase): RLT extends this phase, where hair actively grows. It does so by boosting blood circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles, and energizing cells responsible for hair production.
- Catagen Phase (Transition Phase): This is the phase where hair growth stops, and the follicle shrinks. RLT helps by delaying this phase, allowing hair to grow for a longer period.
- Telogen Phase (Resting Phase): Normally, hair falls out during this phase, making room for new growth. RLT can shorten this phase, leading to quicker regeneration of hair follicles.
- Early Anagen Phase (Initiation of Growth): During this initial part of the growth phase, dormant hair follicles become active. RLT helps trigger this activation by improving blood circulation and cellular energy production in the scalp, which encourages more follicles to enter the growth phase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is It Cold?
The NanoIron remains cool to the touch while powered on and in use.
It is named the Cold Iron because it does not generate any direct heat and remains cold throughout use.
It does NOT use any cryo technology, meaning it does not apply cold or freezing temperatures to your hair.
The ultrasonic plate vibrates and may warm up slightly during use. This is normal. Allow to rest for a few seconds and it cools back down.
What is the Dry Method?
The Dry Method is a quick everyday treatment for your hair or ends.
Apply hair oil or leave-in conditioner to dry hair. Run Cold Iron over your ends or all over.
Perfect easy way to keep frizzy ends sleek and smooth between washes.
What is the Steam Test?
The steam test is how you test if your NanoIron is ready for use.
Turn iron on, spray water onto the plates, and hold 1-2cm apart. If a little steam is created, the iron is ready for use on your hair.
Only a small amount of steam will be produced. The iron will NOT steam while using on your hair. We only want it to steam a little water so we know it is ready.
Just as the large water droplets are turned into tiny molecules of steam, the conditioner on your hair is turned into super tiny particles that enter the hair shaft. It isn't visible to the eye, but it is felt by the hair.
What is the Wet Method?
The Wet Method is a deep rehabilitative treatment. Recommended to be done once a month for preventative maintenance, or weekly for highly damaged hair.
Dampen clean hair and apply hair mask or conditioner. Let soak for a few minutes. Gently run Cold Iron over thin sections of hair 3-5 times. Flip iron over to get both plates on both sides of the hair.
When finished, rinse out conditioner and dry & style hair as desired. This treatment builds strength & elasticity in the hair over time.
What are the control buttons?
Hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn the iron on or off.
The + and - keys are for adjusting the length of the ultrasonic function. Select between 2-18 seconds. It will reset after each interval. Choose the length of time it takes you to iron one full section of your hair.
If you're using the dry method and only ironing your ends, choose a shorter amount of time. If you're using the wet method and ironing your hair from root to tip, choose a longer amount of time.
Is it safe?
Yes, our cold iron iscompletely safe. It doesnot apply any direct heat to the hairwhich can damage the cuticle. It uses far infrared rays to warm the hair from the inside out, which helps lock in moisture. Because it isall natural, it's even safe to be used on children's hair by an adult.
